Subject: The news item about the trial of SINSMS director and shareholder Lim Cheng Hwee, 49 , wherein he was jailed for two months after he pleaded guilty to three out of nine charges of breaching UN (Sanctions - DPRK) Regulations 2010. Clarification: I , Richard Goh, say as follows: 1. Mega-Tech is a company incorporated in Singapore and its principal business is in the import and export of liquor and wine products to countries in Asia and elsewhere. I am the managing director and principal shareholder. 2. Mega-Tech sold goods to the buyers. We had found ourselves in the midst of this unfortunate report, not by any deliberate design on our part, but by circumstances and events, unbeknown to us.
